The recovery checklist
The checklist stores the IDs of the items you tick in your browser's local storage under the key move-well-recovery-v1. It does not ask for your name, email, medical history, or account.
The checklist selections are not transmitted by this site's code. Use “Start fresh” to erase them, or clear this site's stored data through your browser settings. Shared devices may show the same saved checklist.
The timer and routine selector
The timer runs in your browser. Routine selection is held in memory for the current page. Saving a routine generates a text download on your device; it does not send the selected routine to a server.
Hosting and authentication
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the site. The current private deployment may require host-managed sign-in. Provider infrastructure, authentication, and logs are governed by the hosting provider's policies.
Analytics and external links
This site's source includes no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter form, or third-party font requests. Source links take you to external sites with their own privacy policies. All illustrative images are served from this site.

This notice describes the current implementation. It should be reviewed if forms, analytics, accounts, or third-party integrations are added. Last updated October 12, 2026.
